So I decided to make a tales of vesperia version of hollen for roleplay…since I’m a bit burned out on playing FMA
thecarotographermerlin replied to your post: And so
Yes, we finally beat that damn game >.< Duke why you so stupid xD
Now have to go back and get all the special shit…
If i have patience = u =

I finally beat Tales of Vesperia this afternoon. The boss was complicated and the healer was being stupid so I had to be the healer BT. I didn’t get the Fell Arms because I was too lazy and I didn’t feel like battling a third form and leveling up to get passed 85…
The ending was a bit disappointing…
but I finally finished it so I’m satisfied.

Did I mention how stupid the CPU’s are in Tales of Vesperia? I can’t even…especially Estelle…when she’s a CPU her healing is just shit. But I’m forced to not play her because I hate being a healer. Estelle just goes and uses her attacks when everyone else is dying…I have to shut off her physical/magic attacks so she’ll stop being stupid. Rita comes up next. If she attacks with an element that doesn’t work on a monster, she’ll go and use the same element attack again…
So I had this random idea to draw Sai and Chaos. Chaos split apart from Sai and made an evil twin. (Kind of how Aevus and Laurus are only Aevus isn’t evil). Of course Sai is evil himself, but not like Chaos. He doesn’t want to control the universe and make everything chaotic anymore. SO yeah.
Sai is the one in the robes, Chaos is the one in the suit. Laurus is in the background.
Laurus (c) me
Sai (c) Chaz

Getting to the end is taking a long ass time. I was left without a healer for a long time. The only person who could heal relatively well besides Estelle was Raven…if I was playing him. I can’t tell you how much I hate playing the healer…but I was forced. One of the most aggravating points in any game since playing Baten Kaitos. Though there was one boss I was too low to really fight…but I managed to beat it with just Raven BD; (I ran out of life bottles;;;)
After I got Estelle back there was still so much to do. I pretty much spent a whole day leveling everyone up…and Alexei was still a bit hard to fight…
Now I’m almost done…hopefully I’ll finish it tomorrow. That’ll be nice. ~ u~

You wish you saw me there, silly spamming Anon.

I never realised how much the Pandora Hearts music sounds like the Tales of music until I got the soundtrack.
Anyway I played more of Tales of Vesperia. I still have no idea what the fuck is going on. I wish they didn’t make the xbox and ps3 versions different. I wanna play Flynn…and get his Chopin outfit…
So there’s this guy named Duke. I can’t help but notice how very VERY similar he looks to Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII. I was like what? And he kind of acts like Sephiroth too…beside wanting to destroy the world, but I have a feeling he’ll have something to do with the end of the world later…
Got two more characters: Judith and Raven. Judith has a very…bad voice actor…Raven’s is not that much better.
I noticed that Liam O’Brien plays a lot of the weirdo people in the Tales of Series…must be his weird voice. He just plays a lot of weird people.
Anon you so silly

I started playing Tales of Vesperia again. I have to say it is getting a little better. I still hate the battle system. It’s still like the others, but I don’t know, the battles seem weird to me. Controlling Yuri is the worst, I only play him if I’m forced to or I’m in a boss battle. I really like playing Estellise, even though she’s the healer, I’m a little annoyed her only healing ability is first aid still…she is actually one of the only main female characters in the Tales of Series that I don’t find annoying. She is a bit of an airhead though. Flynn’s a little bit of a dickwad. But so is Yuri. The sound quality is still annoying. If there is music in any of the cutscenes or background noise, it will over power the voices. I end up not being able to hear anything but the music.
So far it isn’t too bad. I hope it gets a little better though.
